Louise Bomholtz has been advising clients on family and inheritance law since 2004. She has wide-ranging experience and specialist knowledge in cases concerning divorce, separation, children, succession and inheritance, and probate and estate administration. In addition, Louise assists clients in drawing up marriage settlements, wills, enduring powers of attorney and cohabitation agreements as well as other family and inheritance law documents and agreements.

Louise additionally has great litigation experience – which she also uses to engineer sustainable solutions for her clients in the form of settlements. Louise is a trained mediator and uses this training chiefly in connection with her co-ownership of the mediator company Interrelate.

One of the specific fields in which Louise is engaged is international family/inheritance law cases. This expertise is increasingly in demand, given the many family matters and work-related situations developing daily all across Denmark and every other country worldwide. Louise is a member of AIJA – a global association of colleagues working in family and inheritance law.
