Johan Hartmann Stæger

Lawyer

Johan deals with inheritance and succession planning, wills, probate and estate administration, and family law. He has extensive experience within the field and is a sought-after adviser – particularly in cases involving international aspects and other particularly difficult issues. Johan is entitled to appear before the Danish Supreme Court and has conducted a number of test cases involving e.g. foreign real property in decedents’ estates and divorces, so-called ”shared separate property” and child abduction. Johan teaches other lawyers succession law, probate and estate administration and family law at the Association of Danish Law Firms, the course providers JUC and Advokaternes HR, Kursusgruppen and a number of bar associations throughout Denmark.
